Message

In 2025, EUCALIA will be celebrating the 20th anniversary, and Japan will become a super-aging society where all baby boom generations will be over 75 years old.

Due to the increasing social security costs, including medical expenses, our nation might not be able to maintain other social infrastructures.

To address this major social issue, EUCALIA had put forward the vision of “Industrialization of Health Care” and, under the mission of “Realize Ideal State of Medical and Nursingcare through Transformation”, EUCALIA had long supported the “frontlines” of medical and nursing care through its Hospital Management Support and Nursing home Business.

We aim to achieve “Triple Win” world, where (1) management of hospitals and nursing care facilities, (2) medical and nursing care professionals, and (3) patients and those who require nursing care are all able to continuously improve their quality of life.

By leveraging the knowledge we have accumulated, we possess an unparalleled and extensive healthcare value chain.

The ripple effect of our overwhelming sense of mission to “transform healthcare in Japan and change the industrial structure of the healthcare industry through the power of business” is propagating and increasing the number of our associates. By doing so creating synergy through a wide range of collaborations, as we will attain our VISION, MISSION, and “Triple Win” therefore contribute to society.
