Message

Thanks to your support, EUCALIA will celebrate its 20th anniversary in February 2025. Since its inception, EUCALIA has experienced various events, such as the Lehman Shock and the spread of the new coronavirus infection, but with the support of many people on each occasion, EUCALIA was able to list on the Growth Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in December 2024. We are happy to have marked 20 years together with you and would like to express our deepest gratitude.

In 2025, Japan will become a super-aging society where all baby boom generations will be over 75 years old. Japan may not be able to maintain our social infrastructure, due to increasing social security costs, including medical expenses. In order to solve this social issue, EUCALIA has set forth the VISION “Industrialization of Health Care.” and become the basis of MISSION “Realize Ideal State of Medical and Nursingcare through Transformation.”. We sat close through hospital management support and the operation of facilities for the elderly, which are our core businesses for long period of time. We aim to create the following universe of “Triple Win”. Where (1) management of hospitals and nursing care facilities, (2) medical and nursing care professionals, and (3) patients and those who require nursing care are all able to continuously improve the operations and their quality of life.

Thankfully, many people are sympathetic to our philosophy. EUCALIA has also developed an extremely broad healthcare value chain by utilising the knowledge it has accumulated over the years. On this basis, EUCALIA will contribute to society by creating maximum synergy along with our comrades to achieve its vision, mission and the “Triple Win”. We look forward to your continued support.
